I did something very counter-intuitive yesterday: even though I was tired, instead of sleeping for an hour (which tends to make me feel even worse) I went out for a run. My fitness level is still pitiful and so I couldn’t even finish one mile (this is on trails, very steep up and down, but still!), but I had the satisfaction of knowing I did it and I felt so much better afterwards.
Of course, today I’m tired again. *smiles* ah well.
